The Simunds Law Group was founded on the principle that legal services should be provided in much the same way clients expect other services to be provided. Courteously, personally and promptly. A major complaint of many clients is that attorneys often do not return calls, do not explain issues so that they can be understood and often simply are not available. When you work with our attorneys you will have an assigned point of contact and while we may not be immediately available to speak to you, your calls and emails will be responded to within 48 hours; that is our guaranty to you. When you need to discuss your case, we will make an appointment for you to do so, and you will talk to the attorney who has been assigned to it and knows it best. If there is a need to reassign the matter, you will be informed. In short, you will be regularly updated on the progress of your case and you will always know who to speak to should you have questions or concerns.

Our firm is a full service boutique firm, which means that we provide legal services in all civil matters (except family law) coupled with the personal service that is unique to smaller firms. However, we do focus on Real Estate, Small Business, Construction and Construction Defect as well as Consumer Defense/Asset Protection. So whether you are buying a business, selling a home or fighting creditors, we look forward to exceeding your expectations of legal services. We are licensed currently in both Arizona and Washington and our main office is located in Chandler, Arizona. Call us to find out how we can serve your legal needs.
